Pub gardens and sun traps

There are lots of sunny spots and sun traps around the Angel
When you come out of Angel tube it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of a busy road and high street. You don’t have to go far though, to find tranquil spaces and sun traps. Here’s our round up of some of the best spots in our neighbourhood for an afternoon tipple or a bite to eat on a summers day.
Frederick’s, 106 Camden Passage A family‑run institution with a bright, relaxed patio tucked beneath vines. Expect modern British dishes and a well‑stocked drinks list (we can highly recommend the martinis) served under the open sky.
