Looking for some spooky fun? There's so much going on around Angel for Halloween. Highlights include:

For small thrill seekers:

• If you like the idea of trick or treating but you're not sure where to go, then head to Angel Central shopping centre from 4 til 7 on Friday 31 for trick or treating and entertainment across the centre 
• David Astbury are holding their much-loved annual trick or treat trail starting from 315 Upper Street from 1 til 3
• Islington Square will have live entertainment, spooky games & sweet treats to give out from 4- 7 on Friday 31

And for the grown-ups:

• Join London's favourite pop party, Club De Fromage as it returns (aptly) to its spiritual home, O2 Academy Islington for a huge Halloween party on Saturday November 1 from 11pm til late.
• Angel institution Electrowerkz have one of their biggest events of the year coming up. Slimelight, the world's longest-running alternative scene club, Halloween night is on Saturday 18. There's a mandatory dress code with approved styles ranging from trad goth to steampunk.
• Flight Club social darts are hosting a halloween brunch every day of the weekend
