Christmas kicks off in Angel from November 13

This year Angel’s festive activities will kick off from Friday November 13, with the Good Housekeeping Live with Country Living Christmas Market in the Business Design Centre and Christmas light switch ons in Angel Central and Islington Square.

Islington Square

From 4pm head to Islington Square for their Christmas light switch on. You can also browse their selection of boutiques and brands; including the newly opened Lucy and Yak store and a mix of independent shops, destination dining, cosy bars, beauty and wellbeing and the six-screen ODEON Luxe & Dine cinema.

Angel Central

Head to Angel Central between 4 and 7 as they switch on the Christmas lights, with entertainment for all the family.

You can also start your Xmas shopping from their pick of big name brands like newly opened Søstrene Grene.

As ever, St Espresso will be offering free hot chocolate to all children watching the Christmas light switch on, on the day.

Business Design Centre

The ever popular Good Housekeeping Live with Country Living Christmas Market will be on all day at the Business Design Centre on November 13.

Shop beautiful handcrafted buys from hundreds of artisan sellers, treat yourself to a beauty makeover, enjoy celebrity talks and craft workshops, and sample plenty of festive flavours with the Good Housekeeping Institute. Did we mention Prosecco?
