Borough Kitchen Saturday July 19 and Saturday July 26
Borough Kitchen will be hosting two exciting Saturdays of hands-on cooking demonstrations and food tastings led by their cookery school. Stop by from 12pm to 5pm on Saturday 19th of July and Saturday 26th of July to learn how to make flatbread by hand – a skill that will come in handy time and time again – and grill it on the Big Green Egg BBQ. You will also make compound butter using ingredients like miso or fresh herbs, to eat with the warm flatbread.
You’ll walk away with the confidence to recreate these recipes at home, and get to enjoy some seriously delicious food.
